Description

The Black Truffle Sauce by Italia Tartufi is a sauce based on summer truffles.
The sauce is perfect for dressing spaghetti, tagliatelle, gnocchi and any pasta type you prefer.
Excellent to accompany a fillet of beef, eggs, gourmet sandwiches.
We also suggest trying it in the dough for pizzas, hand-made pasta or wraps.

Vegetable broth (contains celery and soy), butter, type 0 soft wheat flour, Parmigiano Reggiano, white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 2%, white truffle (Tuber Borchii Vitt.) 1%, salt, corn oil, aroma, antioxidant (critical acid).
