Description
The Cappelletti (a kind of smaller tortellini) with italian Cured Ham by Giovanni Rana are the creation of the Maison Rana most sought after by the public lover of traditional Italian first courses.
Cappelletti reveal all their taste in a filling that further enhances the finesse of the king of Italian delicatessen: the Prosciutto Crudo (raw ham).
Delicious and very soft, they can be enjoyed in different ways.
Try them seasoned with Bolognese sauce or with melted butter, sage and Parmigiano Reggiano or in vegetable broth with plenty of Parmigiano Reggiano.
