How to prepare it
Italiana Vera’s Classic Tomato Puree is to be cooked according to taste: for a few minutes if you want all the flavour of field tomatoes, perhaps to make classic spaghetti with tomato sauce or for parmigiana, or for a couple of hours if you want to make a good sauce for Bolognese or Neapolitan ragu.
