Caffarel’s exclusive chocolate drops were chosen for this colomba, made with a blend of the best qualities of cocoa from Ecuador and Ghana.
Topping it all off is a hazelnut icing, lots of whole almonds and grains of sugar.
In the dough, only fresh eggs from free-range chickens, natural sourdough, and high-quality Italian milk are used.
The colomba (dove) is a symbol of peace and spring, which is why it was chosen many years ago in Italy
