What is GANACHE: a delicious accident

Ganache, also known as Parisian cream, has ancient origins in pastry tradition.
An intriguing story tells that in 19th-century France, an apprentice pastry chef accidentally spilled boiling cream into a bowl containing melted dark chocolate.
Despite the mistake (in French, Ganache means “clumsy”), the young pastry chef decided to mix the two ingredients,
giving birth to the delicious ganache that is now appreciated worldwide for its creaminess and richness of flavor.

Dark chocolate: cocoa 52% min.
