In this blend by Molino Grassi, organic Soft wheat flour 00 and organic Durum wheat Semolina type “Kronos”, both grown in Italy, are combined.
Together they are ideal for preparing superior quality bread and pasta.
Kronos semolina is tough and boasts a distinctive flavor and color. Combined with 00 flour it becomes a perfect blend for the preparation of fresh pasta according to the Emilian recipe and bread according to the southern tradition.

Bread, egg pasta, dry pasta and filled pasta will be perfect and with an unmistakable flavor because the Kronos durum wheat grown by Molino Grassi contains the best of the characteristics of durum wheat.
