Molino Grassi’s Farina for Ligurian Focaccia is ideal for preparing the typical Focaccia of Liguria, soft, high and fragrant.
The mixture contains type 00 soft wheat flour, type 0 soft wheat flour and malted wheat flour. The latter increases the strength of the dough and makes the crust crisp and golden.

The Ligurian focaccia is even better if enriched with a Mediterranean aromatic herb such as rosemary and grains of fleur de sel sprinkled on the surface at the end of cooking.
Try it stuffed with mortadella or spreadable cheeses, it will be a real delight.
