The Fusilli Gragnano PGI of Pastificio Liguori are very versatile in the kitchen: they go perfectly with tomato sauces and vegetable-based sauces. Also perfect in fresh pasta salads.
This short and curled shape of pasta originates from southern Italy. In the past, Fusilli were made by hand, rolling the dough with an iron wire and then drying them.
They are now made on special bronze-drawing machines. This gives the surface a special roughness that holds the seasonings.

Fusilli Liguori are produced with the best durum wheat from Puglia and Basilicata and pristine water from the Monti Lattari Regional Park.
Now the Fusilli Liguori are even more ecological because they are kept in a new certified recyclable paper pack.
