Bellei‘s “Glassy” Cream with Balsamic Vinegar of Modena I.G.P. is a creamy, sweet glaze perfect on fresh filled pasta, parmesan risotto, ice cream and strawberries.
It has a distinctive, delicately penetrating aroma, with a harmonious acidity and a well-balanced, savoury, sweet-sour taste with velvety undertones.
As it is very thick and tasty, it is also perfect for decorating simple dishes to give them a bit of character.
Bellei’s Balsamic Vinegar Cream I.G.P. from Modena is vegetarian, gluten-free and GMO-free.
The Bellei family’s savoir faire with regard to balsamic vinegar has ancient roots.
As early as the 19th century, they were involved in the cultivation of vineyards and the production of mainly aged, high-density vinegars.
Over time, it has remained faithful to this vocation. Quite the contrary! It has made the rigorous choice to dedicate itself exclusively to Balsamic. And it does so with production processes totally powered by solar energy.
Today there are three generations in the company: grandfather Luigi, daughter Mariangela and grandchildren Giulio and Benedetta.
Together they are dedicated to the production of vinegars of different ages, ranging from 1 year to over 25 years of maturation.
And also to modern products such as classic and flavoured balsamic vinegar creams.
