Description
The Linguine Gragnano PGI of Pastificio Liguori are produced with the best durum wheat from southern Italy and pristine water from the Monti Lattari Regional Park.
They are bronze drawn to give the surface the right roughness that holds the condiments and enhances the flavor of any recipe.
This pasta shape was born in Genoa and is the Ligurian pasta par excellence.
The name derives from its flattened shape that recalls a tongue, in fact, unlike spaghetti which have a round section, linguine have a rectangular section.
Their particular shape goes very well with pesto, as the Ligurian tradition dictates, or with fish dressings. The famous “Linguine allo scoglio” is a typical seafood dish from southern Italy.
Now the Linguine Liguori are even more ecological because they are kept in a new pack in certified recyclable paper.
