Description
The Paccheri I.G.P. of the Liguori pasta factory, a historic pasta factory in Gragnano, they belong to the “Traditional” line, typical traditional pasta shapes.
The drying of Paccheri Liguori is very slow and takes place on a loom, exactly as it was once done in the ancient pasta factories of Gragnano.
The result is a very high quality product with an inimitable taste.
Paccheri, a pasta shape typical of the Campania tradition, have a shape that recalls that of a giant macarone. This is why they are perfect to be seasoned with substantial and tasty meat or fish sauces.
