Description
The Rigatoni Gragnano PGI of Pastificio Liguori, bronze drawn, are born with the best durum wheat from southern Italy and pristine water from the Monti Lattari Regional Park.
The name pays homage to the invention of the stripes on pasta by the pasta factories of the past.
The idea made this format unique, which manages to retain sauces in an inimitable way, thanks also to its large diameter.
Rigatoni Liguori are particularly suitable with creamy sauces, mushrooms and sausage with cream, with meat sauces or in the pasta pasticciata version au gratin in the oven, ideal for emptying the fridge: that is, topped with diced cheeses, bacon, minced meat, sausages and all the little remnants you want to get rid of.
Now Rigatoni Liguori are even more sustainable because they are kept in a new certified recyclable paper pack.
