Description
Scorza by Majani, born in 1832 in the famous Italian chocolate house, was the first solid chocolate ever produced in Italy.
Its rough and wrinkled texture recalls the bark of trees, hence its name “scorza”.
The classic version, with 60% cocoa, has recently been joined by the “Grezza” (raw) version, rougher and with 90% cocoa.
Dedicated to lovers of the most intense dark chocolate.
Scorza Grezza Majani Chocolate is perfect to be tasted with spirits and sweet and liqueur wines.
It is also a valuable ingredient for gourmet recipes such as chocolate risotto.
