La Scorza Majani, born in 1832 in the famous Italian chocolate house,
it was the first solid chocolate ever produced in Italy.
Its rough and wrinkled texture recalls the bark of trees, hence its name.
The classic version is made with 60% dark chocolate and has a crumbly structure.
Scorza Majani Chocolate is perfect to be tasted with spirits and sweet and fortified wines.
It is also a valuable ingredient for gourmet recipes such as chocolate risotto.
