Valpadana‘s Yellow Polenta is made with 100% Italian yellow maize flour from a controlled supply chain to guarantee high quality.
This polenta is ready to be heated and eating.
The procedure used to cook it has preserved the aspects of traditional cooking as in the past, so as not to alter the natural flavour of the maize.

Among the most dietary and naturally gluten-free specialities, polenta is an excellent substitute for bread and pasta.

How to prepare it in no time at all ?
To enjoy it at its best, polenta can be reheated according to personal preference, whether you prefer a crispy texture
or if you prefer a soft texture.
After removing the plastic wrapping, the polenta can be cut as desired and:

  • Grilled in the oven grill or on the barbecue
  • Fried in a pan with oil or butter, enriched with garlic and sage for an inviting aroma.
  • Warmed in the oven or microwave, enriched with melting cheese or butter for an enveloping flavour.

Whichever you choose, enjoy it hot and crispy, perhaps accompanied by cheese, sausage and a sprinkling of black pepper.

For a lighter, richer flavour, you can reheat it in a bain-marie directly in its packaging, then simply season it with olive oil and herbs.
